CNN quotes “Venezuelan” who’s not Venezuelan to smear government as “Grinch” for expropriating toys for poor kids

Turning facts on their head, CNN transformed the Venezuelan government’s act of helping the poor into the complete opposite.

The corporate media network quoted an unknown “Venezuelan” Twitter user with 165 followers who’s not actually Venezuelan in order to smear the elected socialist government as a “Grinch who stole Christmas” for expropriating toys from a rich company that was hoarding them to maximize profit and then selling those toys at below-market prices to poor families so they can have gifts for their children.

CNN’s anti-Venezuelan propaganda is so extreme it makes some of the world’s most tightly controlled state media outlets look fair and balanced.

Ironic, considering all the sudden concern about the ostensible “fake news” epidemic.
